Direction of the school course.

The primary objective is to successfully achieve the educational goals of the school and to fulfill the expectations of the students. At present, our school has been able to be the leading girls' school not only in Gampaha district but also in the whole island due to the generous support given by the school board of management and teachers to fulfill these educational goals properly. It is expected to continue strive to fulfill these educational goals and meet the expectations of the community including students and parents. In order to provide functional education in a competency-based education, the task needs to be further organized.

With the aim of bequeathing daughters with a balanced personality to the nation, by further strengthening co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, we should reinforce the direction we are going with the aim of creating more children capable of competing in the national level and the international level. As the existing physical resources are no longer sufficient according to the number of students, according to the ten-year plan, the improvement of the physical resources is the primary objective to develop them for the future generation of students.

It is necessary to pay more attention to impart a perfect education to the students not only with knowledge but also with skills and attitudes.

(O/L) Examination Pass percentage - 100% First, second and third positions of the island were obtained by the students of our college.   History of Ratnavali Balika Vidyalaya Ratnawali Balika Vidyalaya was established on December 17, 1948 as a result of the establishment of Buddhist schools through Parama Vijnanartha Buddhist Company together with Sir Henry Steele Olcott and Anagarika Dharmapala. Karunaratne expressed his willingness to give the land of 21.4 acres and arrangements were made to buy this land with the donations of the local residents.
